Delivery time

Delivery in the Netherlands

We understand that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. That's why we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. This means that they will be delivered in 2 to 4 working days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. 

Delivery in Barcelona

Do you order within Barcelona? Then we will personally deliver your package and if you order before 5 p.m., your package will be delivered the next day at the latest! With exceptions for the weekends: orders placed on Saturday before 2 p.m. will be delivered the same day if the buyer is home. Orders after this time in the weekend will be processed on Monday. Delivery day and time will always be in agreement with the buyer, keep an eye on your mail because we will contact you to arrange this.

Delivery in Spain

For orders within Spain, but outside Barcelona, we will do our best to ship them as soon as possible. This means that we strive to deliver within 2 to 4 working days.

Note: we do NOT ship to Canary islands, Balearic islands and Melilla.

Delivery in Europe

Do you order outside of Spain and the Netherlands? Then it may take a little longer. In this case, we will always inform you on the delivery time, so you know exactly when to expect your package.


Track your order
You will receive a code from us so that you can track your package on the way. If you order within Barcelona you will receive an email from us with information about when we will visit.


Busy days 

We ask you to take into account a somewhat longer delivery time on busy days, such as Black Friday or Christmas, and to place your order on time around these dates. Around these dates we cannot guarantee the beforementioned delivery times.


During bank holidays, orders will be processed the next business day. ​Check the national holidays of your country to see exactly when they are and if your order will be effected.


Where does Loval deliver?

We deliver within Europe. Shipping costs may differ per destination and are not included in the product prices. Shipping costs are free within beforementioned zip codes in Barcelona!


Return & Exchange Policy

Return your order

If you want to return your package for whatever reason, we are here to help you. Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product can be returned and you will receive a refund, or you can exchange it for another product (if there is a difference in price, the difference must be paid).


When you can NOT return an order

All products from the webshop can be returned or exchanged. However, there are some cases where this CANNOT be done:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned

  • Returned items must be in the original packaging and in original condition

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use and the cap of the shampoos and conditioners must still be sealed.

When a product is returned, but one of the above cases is going on, the amount paid for the order will not be refunded.


Shipping costs of the order are non-refundable.


As previously stated, items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

How to return my order

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email with your order number and the products you want to return or exchange

  2. Print the shipping label that you will receive from us by email

  3. Return the items to us using the supplied label
